I just has a phone call from an old friend in the UK who has his teenage children at home (2 girls ages 14 and 15) and is at at a loss to know what to do for their School vacations. My suggestion of sending them down mines or up chimneys was seriously considered, but he thought they would not learn much French that way. If any family would like to have a couple of paying guests with them in France and in return, hopefully, speak some French and act as chaperone, please send me an email tony@nizas.com === Our daughter Miranda has just got back from 4 weeks staying with a family in America. The idea was she was supposed to be working as a "nanny", but from what I hear she was looked after and treated like a princess by a wonderful family just outside of New York. Leaning how other people live in different countries is so important, we are very grateful for the opportunity given to Miranda.
